ab8 Terms & Conditions

1.1 Age and Eligibility Requirements

To register and use an ab8 account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not registered as a self-excluded player on any gambling self-exclusion register.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You have not previously had an ab8 account closed for breach of these Terms & Conditions.

ab8 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Accounts where age cannot be verified to ab8's satisfaction will be suspended pending verification, and any winnings accrued during this period may be voided.

1.2 Account Creation

Each player may hold only one registered account on the ab8 platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. Where ab8 identifies multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether identified by name, address, payment method, device fingerprint, IP address, or any other identifier — ab8 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any outstanding balances, and withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must update it promptly if any details change. ab8 accepts no liability for losses or delays arising from inaccurate account information provided by the player.

1.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. ab8 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify ab8 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

2.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ab8 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment channels:

• Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Debit and credit cards: Visa, Mastercard
• Bank transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank

ab8 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice. The availability of any specific payment method is not guaranteed.

2.2 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are credited to your ab8 wallet upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. ab8 does not accept cash deposits, third-party payments, or deposits from payment accounts that are not registered in the player's own name. Any deposit made from a third-party account will be returned to the source account and the player's account may be suspended pending investigation.

2.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Before any withdrawal is processed, the player's account must be fully verified in accordance with ab8's KYC procedures. ab8 targets a processing time of under 15 minutes for verified accounts using mobile financial services, though this is not guaranteed and may be affected by third-party processing times outside ab8's control.

ab8 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal where fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse is suspected. Withdrawals will only be made to a payment account registered in the same name as the ab8 account.

2.4 Fraudulent Transactions

Any attempt to deposit funds using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods will result in immediate account closure and reporting to the relevant authorities. ab8 cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies in relation to financial crime investigations. All transactions on the platform are monitored for suspicious activity as part of our anti-money-laundering (AML) programme.

3.1 General Bonus Terms

ab8 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, free bet credits, and seasonal offers tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid ul-Fitr, Eid ul-Adha, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published with each offer, which form part of these Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific term shall prevail for the duration of that promotion only.

3.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the promotion-specific terms, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement and eligible game contributions will be stated clearly in the bonus terms. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been satisfied in full.

ab8 reserves the right to void bonus winnings and remove bonus funds from a player's account if ab8 determines that the player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing bets that minimise risk specifically to satisfy wagering requirements, exploiting errors in game logic, or using more than one account to claim the same promotion.

3.3 Bonus Refusal

ab8 reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or withdraw any bonus at any time and without prior notice if ab8 has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has violated these terms or the specific promotion terms. Bonuses that have already been fully wagered in accordance with the applicable terms are not subject to retroactive cancellation.

4.1 Game Integrity

All casino games available on ab8 — including live dealer tables, slot machines, crash games, and colour prediction games — operate using certified random number generation (RNG) systems supplied by licensed game providers including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. ab8 does not alter, interfere with, or manipulate game outcomes. Results are final once confirmed by the game system.

4.2 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ODI series, Bangladesh Tigers bilateral tours), football, kabaddi, and other sports — are offered subject to market-specific rules published on the relevant betting page. In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, settled bets will be handled in accordance with the applicable sport's rules. ab8 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where it is determined that the odds were offered in error or that the integrity of the event is in question.

4.3 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ab8 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and possible legal action:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to influence game or bet outcomes.
• Participating in match-fixing or any form of sports corruption.
• Making deposits or withdrawals for the purpose of money laundering or financial fraud.
• Providing false or misleading personal information during registration or verification.

5.1 Player Protection Tools

ab8 is committed to providing a safe gaming environment. All registered players have access to the following responsible gaming tools via their account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you deposit.
• Session Time Limits: Set reminders or hard limits on how long you play per session.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of 24 hours to 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account and prevent re-registration for a defined period.

5.2 Self-Exclusion

During a self-exclusion period, you will not receive marketing communications from ab8. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours of confirmation. Players are advised that self-exclusion is a serious step and should seek professional support if gambling is causing them financial or personal harm.

6.1 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ab8 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform. This includes but is not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, or computer damage. ab8's total liability for any claim arising from these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the player in the 30 days immediately preceding the claim.

ab8 is not responsible for any loss arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to: internet outages, third-party payment provider failures, power failures, or acts of government authority.

6.2 Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding your ab8 account, game outcome, or any transaction, you must contact ab8 support at [email protected] within 30 days of the event giving rise to the dispute. ab8 will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aims to resolve all disputes within 14 business days. Disputes that cannot be resolved through our internal process may be escalated to an independent dispute resolution body. ab8's decision on matters relating to game integrity, bonus abuse, and account violations is final.

6.3 Amendments to Terms

ab8 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the contact details on their account. Continued use of the platform following notification of any change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to check these Terms & Conditions periodically. 7.1 Intellectual Property

All content on the ab8 platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, text, software, game assets, interface designs, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of ab8 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any ab8 content without prior written consent from ab8.

7.2 Privacy

Your use of the ab8 platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. The Privacy Policy sets out how ab8 collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection law.
